Takeoff
Measure the set, one page at its own scale.
A PDF plan set, a scale on every page, and conditions measured one to one at that scale. Walls in LF, ceilings in SF, openings in EA.
Legend in. Order out.
Autoload reads the wall types off the legend and makes them conditions. Import a supplier's price sheet and each condition's materials take its prices. The traced quantities become a draft material order.

Step 1 of 6
Upload the drawing set
Drop in the PDF set. Each page comes in as a sheet with its number and title. The sample set has four; A-101 is the floor plan.

Built the way a drywall takeoff runs.
01
Conditions in LF, SF and EA
Wall runs in linear feet, ceilings and soffits in square feet, doors, windows and openings as counts, each in its own colour and pattern.
02
A scale per page
Pages in one set are rarely at one scale. Each holds its own, read from the title block or set from two points on a known run.
03
Typicals
Group a layout once as a typical and say how many times it repeats. Change the typical and every repeat follows.
04
Whole sets
Work the set, not a page: sheets indexed by number and title, and quantities that add up across all of them.
Then the rest of the job.
Orders, EWOs, change orders and production all read from the same takeoff.
